Well,we have all heard of the Formula one, well, the latest news on that is that it has gone partly Indian.India with a very strong resurgent economy that is growing by bounds and leaps was only missing this among the others.that is no longer true.the Beer baron of India,Vijay mallaya has made a joint bid for the Formula one team along with Spyker's director of Formula One, Michiel Mol,for 80 million euro.a newly formed consortium of sorts called Orange India will be taking over soon.with such news like this, will it be any wonder if more racy news enters the Indian mindset??

Judge says no to blocking the Arcelor-Mittal deal!
The latest legal hurdle in the Arvelor-Mittal affair came to a close with the judge refusing to grant the motion to block the all too famous Arcelor-Mittal deal.the main proponents of this motion were the fund managers who have claimed in the dutch court that they were shortchanged by the AM company.they have argued until they were blue in the face but the judge overruled them pointing out that the dutch court did not have any legal jurisdiction over the AM company which by the way is based in Luxemborg!
At last one more battle won by the AM team.Mittal wants the first phase of the deal to be complete the first phase by Sept. 3.lets hope that he can do that and that there are no more legal hurdles to jump through.
