With the economy barely staggering along one would have hoped that things would at least look a little bit brighter in the labor market but that does not seem to be the case as the number of jobless has not decreased as per the expectations of the markets.

In reality, one can say that the labor market is stagnating and that is not good news, which ever way you swing it. All that it indicates is that the companies in general do not want to over spread themselves and that they are all bracing for more bad news. One can counter that by saying that corporate america is being pessimistic but then again none of us can really agree as to whether a glass is half full or half empty. Lets hope that the labor market shows some signs of revival soon!

This is one advice that every job aspirant needs to look into. It is always better to build bridges than burn them.

4.Present like a Pro:
To be able to present oneself and to do it effectively so that a really good first impression is formed.

5.Align with your strengths:
To know what your strengths are and to concentrate on them.

6.Speak up:
This is one thing that almost every new applicant has problems with, so this is one area that they would most definitely have to work on.

This may even sound totally foreign to so many workers in the developing world that they may not even understand the concept but to may entrepreneurs worldwide they will only say "that's right dude,that is what i do".this is a wonderful concept and the entrepreneurs all over the world work like that.they are all result oriented and if they slack off,they just do not get paid and that is the cold hard truth.
