The sub prime mortages are having an all around effect on all of the world markets with the U.S markets riding the wave.no one knows when the wave of the 'sub primes' will crest over and that one should just grit one's teeth and ride it all out.with the sub primes pushing the U.S stock markets down the impact on the Euro markets has been worse than anticipated.this even led to the BNP Paribas freezing off three of its debts funds right away.
According to some of the experts,BNP Paribas may even take more hits in the days to come.on top of this,there seems to be an apperance of a liquidity crunch appearing ion the European markets with banks reluctant to lend to each other!still the next week may even throw further googlies at the world markets.as such besides the U.S markets it is the European markets which are impacted the most by the 'sub primes'.the Asian markets on the whole are insulated from this as their banks are not that vulnerable to mortgage foreclosures in the United States.however,as the U.S markets get into even a more of a bear hug,it is only reasonable to expect the world markets all over to react to this with some sentiment even as far away as the BSE sensex!

Google has finalised plans to stop the selling and renting of video clips online due to the large number of free video clips that are already available online.of course they are expected to concentrate on video advertising now.well,that is the way advertising is headed and it is only a matter of time before we receive such clips on to our mobile phones which i am sure that google will sell as 'mobile content' to the advertisers.

Oil is shooting up and up and it seems that no end is in sight.with the OPEC refusing to increase output of its wells in the near future everyone seems to be bidding on oil reaching even higher strata.who knows,with the current demand and the rush for oil one should not be all that surprised if it were to reach 85$ per barrel within the next year or so.
With most of the major funds being bullish on oil,this is causing a headache of sorts for most of the countries in the world,namely the U.S and India and so on.since the Oil prices have a huge impact on the prices of essential items in the Indian consumer market,the consumers should not be all that surprised to find that the next kilo of veggies may not be all that palatable to the middle class stomach.oil goes up and so does the prices of most of the things all over the world.unfortunately for us,one of the things to increase soon with the price in oil is the price of food items.maybe that is why the prices of food items in India have not reduced as much as they should have with a lower inflation.maybe the oil is boosting up the prices again.well,it has turned out to be an oily day of sorts!

The common man's worry has always been the inflation and so the Reserve Bank of India is keeping a very close watch on the inflation dips and peaks.in spite of the dip in inflation the RBI is still sticking with its predicted inflation for this fiscal year at a staggering 5%.so lets tighten those purse strings and while we are at it lets see if we can grow our own veggies[just joking].
