This is one query for which I have no answer. For one thing, the dollar seems to be gainsaying in value these days, taking quite a beating from all the other currencies ion the market. But when it comes to the rupee, each and every time it gains against the dollar the RBI steps in and stores it to status quo. Everyone is following the Japaneses lesson these days!
