All smoke but no fire for Tobacco giant!

The U.S supreme court has decided against Philip Morris company by saying 'no' to having the class action lawsuit moved from a state court to a federal court.this makes things a bit shaky for the tobacco giant as the case now heads for a state court.earlier on the case was moved to the federal court on the basis that since tobacco as a product is governed by the federal law therefore all suits against it should therefore be tried in a federal courtroom.
you may wonder why the big show about having one's cast tried in a federal courtroom rather than a state's courtroom.well, going by records, top companies have always won more cases in the federal courtrooms where logic holds sway as compared to the small state courtrooms where it seems that emotion holds sway as see in some of the results that have come out recently.
