Salaries in India equal to the best!

As more and more Expats flock to India it seems to be obvious that the rise in salaries for the executives in Indian companies have started to work their magic.while the companies are busy with A & M overseas,at home,in India the salaries are shooting up making an executive's pay package not just commensurate with that his counterpart in,say,Singapore or London but a whole lot more attractive.
That's not all.with the valuable stock options flying about the Indian executive may actually get more in 'value' than his western counterpart.of course,with a very fast booming economy,this is only to be expected but no one expected it this soon.what makes this a whole lot more attractive is the fact that things,goods in India are a whole lot cheaper than elsewhere in the world so the executive actually has much more to spend here than he/she would have overseas.is there a helicopter in the offer in the near future?would all corporate buildings have a helipad on the roof now?
