With everyone feeling the pinch of the mortgages these days, the holiday celebrations are muted. It has almost become a case of either 'celebrate the holidays or get to keep the house' in most of the middle class homes all over the United states. People who used to take a winter vacation are nowdays staying at homes to make sure that they have the necessary payment to cover their mortgages. Since the credit crunch, more and more people are conserving their spending and budgeting their expenses.
