Work from anywhere you want to!

This may even sound totally foreign to so many workers in the developing world that they may not even understand the concept but to may entrepreneurs worldwide they will only say "that's right dude,that is what i do".this is a wonderful concept and the entrepreneurs all over the world work like that.they are all result oriented and if they slack off,they just do not get paid and that is the cold hard truth.
As we all get more and more competitive,the focus on productivity increases,in most of the corporates.they just do not want to have 'dutiful' employees but they much rather have 'productive' ones.as such,the concept of 'Job security' is fast disappearing and sooner or later,everything is going to be result oriented.this is a neat way to work,work from anywhere and as long as you produce the required result,you get paid!
Most of the workers today tend to take their jobs for granted and they end up spending most of their office time,either checking up on their emails,chatting with their friends or watching pod casts,all of which they could do at home itself.so if it is the home atmosphere that they require to be much more productive,then why not?after all,productivity should be the key to any good organisation,not discipline.anyway this does sound like a good idea,making the job result oriented,lets see how far this idea goes!
